Odoo Secures €60 Million Investment at a €7 Billion+ Valuation

Odoo has received a €60 million secondary investment from AVP (AXA Venture Partners) and Alkeon Capital, bringing the company’s valuation to over €7 billion. The transaction reflects strong investor confidence in Odoo’s direction, performance, and global expansion strategy.

This was a secondary deal, meaning the investment went toward purchasing shares from existing shareholders. Even so, the valuation highlights how significant Odoo’s global footprint has become.

Rapid Growth Across Global Markets

Odoo continues to see strong adoption across the USA, Europe, India, the Middle East, and other major regions. In the past year, the company has:

• Grown to 170,000+ customers worldwide

• Crossed €650M+ in billings, maintaining 40%+ annual growth

• Expanded its workforce by 2,000+ employees across multiple continents

• Released Odoo 19 with new AI-powered features

A Rare Position Among Private Software Companies

Very few private software companies worldwide match Odoo’s scale and growth momentum. Based on headcount and growth metrics, only a handful compare:

 • Databricks

• Notion

• Rippling

• Canva

• Odoo (the only European-founded company in this group)

Impact for Businesses Worldwide

The investment further strengthens Odoo’s ability to:

• Enhance AI-driven automation

• Expand localization across India, USA, Europe, and the Middle East

• Improve core modules such as Accounting, CRM, HR, Sales, Inventory, and Manufacturing

• Increase global support through new offices
